As we count our change, we might wish a grateful Happy Birthday to Elizabeth Cady Stanton, human rights activist,  social reformer, and feminist; co-founder, with Lucretia Mott, of the American women’s rights movement; and first president of the National Woman’s Suffrage Association.  She was born on this date in 1815.
